Entries will be made at the Fairground Secretary’s Office Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 8:00 - 11:30 AM and Sunday, August 11, 2024 from 8:00 AM to noon.
Hall doors will “OPEN” 12:30 p.m. Sunday, August 11, 2024. Hall doors will close at 6:30 PM Sunday, August 11, 2024. Doors will be open Daily - see fair week hours. Halls will be closed during judging Tuesday, August 13, 2024.
Articles are to be in place (see times for each department).
Sunday, August 11, 2024, 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM (except for cut flowers - Tuesday August 13, 2024 by 10:00 AM).
All articles Sunday August 11, 2024, 12:30 - 6:30 PM
All canned vegetables, jellies, fruit, jams, etc. are to be in place by 6:30 PM Sunday, August 13, 2024. Agricultural products Monday, August 12, 2024 by 4:00 PM Baked goods, breads, cakes, cookies, pies, etc. are to be in place by 4:00 PM Monday, August 12, 2024.
Tuesday, August 13, 2024: 8:00 AM
The Judges' decision will be final.
No Superintendent or worker will serve as judge in the department in which they are working.
All Articles: will be left on display until 3 PM Saturday, August 17, 2024.
All items must be removed by 5:00 PM. The Fair Association will not be responsible for items not picked up at this time, nor will the Fair Association be responsible for damaged or stolen items.
