Entries will be made at the Fairground Secretary’s Office Saturday, August 9, 2025 from 8:00 - 11:30 AM and Sunday, August 10, 2025 from 8:00 AM to noon.
Hall doors will “OPEN” 12:30 p.m. Sunday, August 10, 2025. Hall doors will close at 6:30 PM Sunday, August 10, 2025. Doors will be open Daily - see fair week hours. Halls will be closed during judging Tuesday, August 12, 2025.
Articles are to be in place (see times for each department).

All canned vegetables, jellies, fruit, jams, etc. are to be in place by 6:30 PM Sunday, August 10, 2025. Agricultural products Monday, August 11, 2025 by 4:00 PM Baked goods, breads, cakes, cookies, pies, etc. are to be in place by 4:00 PM Monday, August 11, 2025.
Tuesday, August 12, 2025: 8:00 AM
The Judges' decision will be final.
No Superintendent or worker will serve as judge in the department in which they are working.
All Articles: will be left on display until 3 PM Saturday, August 16, 2025.
All items must be removed by 5:00 PM. The Fair Association will not be responsible for items not picked up at this time, nor will the Fair Association be responsible for damaged or stolen items.
