Entries will be made at the Fairground Secretary’s Office Saturday, August 9, 2025 from 8:00 - 11:30 AM and Sunday, August 10, 2025 from 8:00 AM to noon.
Hall doors will “OPEN” 12:30 p.m. Sunday, August 10, 2025. Hall doors will close at 4:00 PM Sunday, August 10, 2025.
Articles will be left on display until 1:30 p.m. SATURDAY, AUGUST 16, 2025. ALL ITEMS “MUST” BE REMOVED by 5:00 p.m. The Fair Association will not be responsible for items not picked up at this time, nor will the Fair Association be responsible for damaged or stolen items.
Sunday, August 10, 2025, 12:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (except for cut flowers - Tuesday August 12, 2025 by 10:00 a.m.).
All articles in-place Sunday August 10, 2025, 12:30 - 4:00 p.m. ALL WORK MUST BY DONE BY EXHIBITOR.
All canned vegetables, jellies, fruit, jams, etc. are to be in-place by 4:00 p.m. Sunday, August 10, 2025. Agricultural products Monday, August 11, 2025 by Noon. Baked goods, breads, cakes, cookies, pies, etc. are to be in place by Noon, Monday, August 11, 2025. All entries must be displayed on paper plates, with a hole punched in it and Entry Tag tied to plate. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE GROWN IN 2025 BY THE EXHIBITOR.
Wednesday, August 13, 2025 - 8:00 a.m. Hall Doors will be closed during judging. NO SUPERINTENDENT OR WORKER WILL serve as judge in the department in which they are working.
