TRACTOR/TRUCK PULLING­­­­­

Rules for 4600, 5200, 6000 lbs Antique Tractors

  • Tractor limited to models made in 1959 or before.
  • All weights must be securely fastened.
  • Tractor weight must include driver (6500lbs) No weights or drivers maybe changed after weighing.
  • Each tractor must have an attached plow clevis to drawbar with an oblong shaped hole 3 3/4 long and 3” wide. No drawbar will be permitted to have elevation changed by hydraulics, chain or other devise. Drawbar height is limited to a maximum of 20” above ground.
  • Driver must remain seated during the pull.
  • 8 MPH
  • Each contestant is allowed two attempts to get to 100! Any time sled stops past 100’ pull is ended.
  • Winners will be determined by drivers who pull greatest load longest distance in their class.
  • All minors entered must have written consent of parents or guardians in the hands of the superintendent before entering.
  • All tractors must be equipped with stabilizer (tip over) bars.
  • Judges reserve the right to stop any contestant who the Judges feel is operating their tractor in any unsafe or dangerous manner.
  • The Fair Association reserves the right to reject any or all entries.
  • All entries must be weighed-in by 6:00 p.m. NO Exceptions. Contest is open to rubber tired tractors only; no duels, or chains allowed.

 

TRUCK RULES

  • Trucks must be street legal, licensed, insured and driven in (not hauled).
  • There will be a gas and diesel class. (surrounding counties only)
  • Seat belts must be worn.
  • No weights allowed.
  • No fuel in transport tanks and tanks must be fastened down.
  • Toolboxes must be emptied and fastened down.
  • Truck beds must be emptied of loose items.
  • Drawbar hitch – oblong shaped hole 3 3/4” long and 3” wide with a maximum hitch height of 26”.
  • Street legal DOT tires only, no duals.­
  • Driver will have two chances to make it past 100-foot marker.
  • If found disobeying any track official, you will be disqualified.
  • The Cumberland County Fair Association reserves the final and absolute right to accept or reject any or all entries.
  • All drivers must present social security number at time of entry.

 

MODIFIED AND STOCK TRUCK RULES

  • BMF rules apply.

 

6,500 LB OUTLAW TRACTOR RULES

  1. No speed limit, no RPM limit.
  2. Tire size 18.4 X 38 mas.
  3. 1958 and older

 

11,000 LB TRACTORS RULES

  1. No age limit on tractor.
  2. 6 mph speed limit.
  3. Drawbar height 20 inches no less than 18 inches from center of axle to hook point.
  4. No cut tires, no duals, no tire size limit.

 

11,000 NA TRACTOR RULES

  • No age limit on tractor.
  • 6 mph speed limit.
  • Drawbar height 20 inches no less than 18 inches from center of axle to hook point.
  • No cut tires, no duals, no tire size limit.

 

12,500 & 13,000 LB TRACTOR RULES

  • BRUSH PULLER rules apply.

 

All drivers must sign release.
